* Own the strategic and operational relationship, via the Partner
Manager, with our BPO partners, ensuring adherence to the contractual
agreements
* Align with the Regional Head of Trust & Safety, the Head of Trust
& Safety Global Operations and Regional Operations peers to ensure
continued efficiency, scalability and quality across all workflows
* Define, launch and manage cross functional projects to ensure
continued operational excellence within your region
* Act as a global escalation point for your region, aligning with
all stake-holders to respond to emergency content safety-related cases
and provide suitable follow-up reports (root cause analysis and action
plan)
* Experience leading large scale operations in a technology
orientated company
* Extensive team management experience with both senior contributors
and managers
* Experience interfacing with Public Policy, Legal and Product teams
* Respect for other cultures and deep empathy for users
